SEM wheel loaders carry a 12-month/2000 hour warranty and we have structures in place to manage warranty issues and ensure parts availability. After-sales support is provided through the countrywide Barloworld Handling service and support infrastructure, and the aim is to eliminate risks often associated with a lack of support structures for lower-cost earthmoving machines entering Southern Africa. SEM recently established a warehouse and service centre in Sharjah in the U.A.E., further bolstering after-sales support to our customers.
